All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Method
We primarily ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing fast and reliable delivery across the UK. However we may use Royal Mail Tracked 48, if it is specified at checkout.
Both services include tracking, and you will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days (Tracked 24) or 2–5 business days (Tracked 48)
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, our standard shipping fee for Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.99, and for Tracked 48 £4.49.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Active Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
